Administrative Withdrawal

What this means:

An administrative withdrawal happens when GCA must withdraw a student due to missing requirements related to enrollment, residency, or re-registration.

When this may happen:

Residency Requirements Not Met:

If a student is found to be living or staying outside of the state of Georgia, which does not meet state residency and attendance requirements (see Residency Policy).

Incomplete Re-Registration:

If families do not complete the required yearly re-registration steps, including:

• Submitting all required enrollment documents for each student
• Completing the annual re-registration application in the Parent Infinite Campus Portal
• Receiving approval once all documents are reviewed

What families should know:

We encourage all families to complete re-registration by the provided deadline each year. Students who are not fully re-registered by that deadline may be withdrawn in accordance with school policy (see Annual Re-Registration).
