Free Telehealth & Virtual Therapy for GCA Students

Healthcare Made Simple. Support When You Need It.

Georgia Cyber Academy has partnered with Hazel Health to provide $0 virtual doctor visits and therapy sessions for all enrolled students.

Access to services begins August 18, 2025 – consent required to activate care.

Is It Really Free?

Yes. Hazel Health services are:

  • $0 cost to families
  • Available with or without insurance
  • Confidential and secure
  • Inclusive of all GCA students—regardless of immigration status

An adult age 18 or older must be present with the student for any visit

Families are responsible for prescriptions costs only.

Due to telehealth laws, students must be physically in the state of Georgia to be seen by the doctor.

What's Included?

Hazel Health offers two kinds of support—at no cost to families:

🩺 Physical Health Services:

  • On-demand virtual visits with licensed doctors

  • Diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions when needed

  • Common issues treated: colds, flu, sore throat, allergies, rashes, stomachaches, asthma, and more

  • Physical health services are available 7am-5pm local time, Monday through Friday.

💬 Mental Health Services:

  • 1-on-1 virtual therapy sessions with licensed therapists

  • Confidential, personalized support for stress, anxiety, grief, academic pressure, relationships, and more

  • Weekly sessions from school or home, based on your family’s needs

  • Mental health services are available 7am-8am, 12pm-1pm, and 3pm-7pm, Monday through Friday.

 

Students cannot access services without parent/guardian consent.
