Unofficial transcripts (i.e. transcripts for personal use) can be accessed through your Infinite Campus account.

1. Login to your Infinite Campus account.

2. On the right panel, select “Documents”.

3. Select "Unofficial Transcript".

Students in grades 9-12 should submit requests for official transcripts through Parchment.  Transcripts are considered official if they are sent to a 3rd party directly from the school. To view GCA's page, see it HERE. Official transcripts are typically needed for college applications, scholarships, or other programs outside of GCA. Order status can be tracked directly through Parchment.  Please reach out to your School Counselor if you need further assistance.

To request a copy of all other records, along with your student's transcript (for instance, health records, report cards, behavior records) please fill in our Parent Request Form, download it to your device and email records@georgiacyber.org along with your government issued ID to receive those records.

Special Education Records Requests

Parents and/or Guardians may request student records by completing and submitting the Special Education Student Records Request.  Please submit form by email or fax:

Email enrollment@georgiacyber.org to initiate a request for a Proof of Enrollment Letter (for security reasons, please send request from email address on file).

Request MUST include the following:

• Your Child's Name
• Student ID Number
• Details About What You Are Requesting

Proof of Enrollment letter will be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT: Please allow 5–7 school days for processing of all requests.

Georgia Milestones ScoresGeorgia Milestones End of Grade (EOG) test scores for grades 3–8 and End of Course (EOC) test scores for high school are available in the Infinite Campus parent portal. If your student is withdrawing from GCA, and you no longer have access to the Infinite Campus Portal, a records request should be completed by the Legal Guardian or receiving school. To do this, you may visit our online secured records transfer, georgiacyberga.scriborder.com, the Legal Guardian can complete the K–12 Student Records Release Form or the receiving school may send their official records request form to records@georgiacyber.org.

If your student has withdrawn and is not currently enrolled with GCA, you will need to submit a records request to receive a paper copy of your student's scores.

Open Records Request

Under the Georgia Open Records Act (OCGA §50-18-70 to §50-18-77) all public records are open for personal inspection and copying, except those that are exempted from disclosure by order of a state of Georgia court or by law.

Open Records Requests should be submitted to:

GCA will provide information relating to the request, as permissible and applicable by law, within 3 business days after it has been received. If production of the information is not possible within that timeframe, the GCA Operations Manager will issue correspondence with an explanation.
