Enhanced Learning Day (ELD) - Wednesday, September 18th
This will be our first Enhanced Learning Day (ELD) of the year.
ELDs provide GCA teachers with a unique opportunity to approach student learning in a new way, including providing students with enrichment, remediation and/or special supports. On these days, teachers will utilize a combination of asynchronous and live instruction to meet academic expectations, as well as the individual needs of students. ELD class sessions are open to all students, and required for those invited. Students will also be expected to participate in open office hours if support is needed, and complete any outstanding assignments.
Enhanced Learning Day Reminders:
Check emails before ELD for small group invitations and work on assignments from teachers. Attend all small group sessions that you are invited to. Open office is available for any students not invited to sessions. Complete any additional work as per teacher instructions.

- 8:00-9:00 am Social Studies Small Group and Open Office
- 9:00-10:00 am ELA Small Group and Open Office
- 10:00-11:00 am Math Small Group and Open Office
- 11:00-12:00 am Science Small Group and Open Office
- 12:00-1:00pm Lunch
- 1:00-2:00 pm Electives Session and Open Office
- 2:00-3:45 pm work on any assignments as per teachers directions
