Step 4: Submit the Online Enrollment Application

The online enrollment application can be completed once you register for and receive a link to access your application within Infinite Campus.  Please have all required enrollment documents available and allow at least one our of your time to complete the online application.

Required for approval:

• Birth Certificate/Proof of Age
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residency
• Report Card or High School Transcript
• Photo Identification

It is best to have all documents available in a digital format (photo, screenshot, or scan) so you can upload easily upon request.

While completing the Online Enrollment Application, you will navigate through multiple screens to enter requested information.  Some screens will prompt you to enter information and upload documentation. 

To upload the requested documents, select the "Upload" link, locate the document on your device, and select "Submit".

Follow all instructions listed on the email to submit any missing or illegible documents. 

Documents can be submitted by logging into the online Enrollment Application using the user name and password you set up when you registered for your Infinite Campus account.  Navigate to the screen where the document is required.  Select the "Upload" link, locate the document on your device, and select "Submit". 

If this option is not available to you, please email a copy of the missing documents to enrollment@georgiacyber.org.  If possible, include your enrollment application number in the subject line of the email.  Documents will be reviewed in the order they are received.

Contact the enrollment and records office from your child's previous school.  They will be able to provide you information on how to receive copies of your student's records.  Once received, you can then upload them in the online Enrollment Application or email them to enrollment@georgiacyber.org.

If your rising Kindergarten student attended a preschool program, please provide the name of the preschool.  If your student did not attend a pre-school program, please put "N/A" in the "Previous School" field.

For students in grades K-9 transferring from homeschool, please provide a homeschool report card including:

• Homeschool name (i.e. Johnson Family Homeschool)
• Address and contact information
• Student’s full name
• Most recent academic year reporting (i.e. 2023-2024)
• Course name
• Grade score attempted and grade score earned. 

For students in grades 10-12 transferring from homeschool, please complete the GCA Homeschool Transcript form and upload as your student's Homeschool transcript:

Welcome, Champion! 

New enrollees will receive an email with details about pre-admission* testing and new student onboarding*.  You can also expect a welcome call from your Family Engagement Liaison (FEL). 

Be sure to check your email regularly for email communications regarding:

• your required pre-admission testing date and time
• your student’s login credentials (username & password)
• instructions to complete new student onboarding
• a welcome email with important information and resources that will be helpful as you begin your family's experience here at GCA.

If you requested a loaner computer, you can expect to receive it prior to your pre-admission test date.  An email notification from UPS should be sent prior to delivery.

*New students MUST complete pre-admission testing and the new student onboarding course prior to their school start date or their enrollment will be cancelled.

For students who school start date is after the first day of the Semester, students are responsible for completing assignment after heir first day of school and are not responsible for graded assignments that were assigned beforehand. It is the responsibility other parent/family to work with the teacher to determine what gaps in learning may be present to seek out resources to hep fill knowledge gaps.
