Required Enrollment Documents
After completing the Lottery process and if your student is offered a seat, you will receive a link to complete the Enrollment Application.
In order for our Enrollment Department to successfully process your application, please provide all requested documentation. It is best to have all documents available in a digital format (photo, screenshot, or scan) so you can upload easily upon request. Required enrollment documents and their descriptions are provided below.
Due to COVID-19, there may be certain documents that may not be readily available to you. Please note the following:
- All 2020-2021 enrolled students will have 90-days from August 3, 2020 to submit required student health records.
- Student academic records are required to complete a review for enrollment approval. GCA understands that due to school closures, access to student academic records may be delayed. Student applications will be accepted, but placed on hold until academic records are received.
