It's time to register for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Re-registration is open now and ends May 15th @ 4:00 pm!

Re-registration IS NOT automatic.

Beginning February 9, 2026, currently enrolled families will be sent an email with instructions on how to re-register for the 2026-2027 school year.

Failure to provide all requirements for re-registration in a timely manner will result in the loss of enrollment at GCA. After the re-registration window closes, students who were not re-registered and wish to remain at GCA will have to re-apply as a new student. This can result in the student being placed on a waitlist and potentially being unable to secure a seat for the next school year.

To successfully re-register for next school year, please be sure to:

Complete the re-registration application
Submit the application
Provide a valid Proof of Residence (and any other required documents still missing for this school year)
Watch for and receive your re-registration approval letter

How to Re-Register:

Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent account
Select "More" (on the left)
Select "Online Registration" (on the bottom left)
Select the "Start Here" button and follow the instructions and on-screen prompts to complete the application for re-registration or indicate "not registering" for each student. You may also begin the process of adding new sibling enrollees to the application at this time.

Current students must be re-registered by May 15, 2026 to secure their seat.

If re-registration is not completed by May 15th, you will be required to go through the open enrollment process and will possibly be placed on a wait list.

Enrolling a sibling? You will have the opportunity to add sibling as a new student(s) while re-registering current students.

Required Documents

Before you log into your Infinite Campus Parent account, you should be prepared to provide relevant parent/legal guardian and student information including items listed below.

Proof of Residency
Scoliosis Screening (6th and 8th Grade)

Proof of Residency

Students must reside in the state of Georgia while attending Georgia Cyber Academy. To prove residence in Georgia, please provide one full page copy of the following documents issued in the Parent/Legal Guardian's name, showing address and date:

a current and complete Lease Agreement [must show the lease term, legal guardian(s) name(s), resident address, and signature of both the legal guardian(s) and landlord]
most recent utility bill showing the service address and service dates within 60 days (accepted utilities include: internet, gas, electric, water, cable, or sewage/trash)
current year renter's insurance
current year DFCS benefits letter dated within 60 days and showing benefit dates
current year Housing Authority letter
Military Placement letter for Georgia
letter of occupancy provided by religious organization dated within 60 days

If any of the documents listed above are not available, please provide two full page copies of the following supplemental documents issued in the Parent/Legal Guardian's name, showing resident address and date:

month to month lease [lease with no start or end dates or leases that recently expired showing lease term, legal guardian(s) name(s), resident address, and signature of both legal guardian(s) and landlord]
current mortgage statement, dated within 30 days
current year auto renewal registration / tag receipt
current earnings check statement, dated within 30 days
USPS address change confirmation, dated within 30 days

NOT ACCEPTED

The following documents are NOT ACCEPTED as proof of Georgia residency and will result in your application being denied:

driver's license
auto or home insurance policy
property or personal tax records
house deed
cell phone bill
credit card statement
medical bill statement
addressed advertisement
personalized addressed envelope/letter

If your family is currently residing with someone, and you do not have any of the bills or lease in your name, you must provide both:

the Affidavit of Residency [must be notarized and signed by the homeowner and the legal guardian(s)].
a proof of residence (listed above) in the homeowner's name

Scoliosis Screening (6th and 8th Grade)

Certificate of Scoliosis Screening Form 4400 is required for students entering grade 6 and grade 8. If a student is under the care of a physician or if the parent/guardian does not wish to have their student screened for scoliosis, the opt-out option can be selected on Form 4400.

Any child admitted to school without a certificate must present one within 90 calendar days. Forms may be obtained and completed at the local public health departments or physician offices.

*Any currently enrolled student who has not re-registered by May 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST will be considered a new enrollee. As a new enrollee, you will be required to enter the lottery and may be at risk of being wait-listed.

IMPORTANT: Re-Registration will not be available until February 9, 2026.

Before you begin, it is best to have documentation available in a digital format (photo, screenshot, or scan) so you can upload easily upon request.

If you plan to add a sibling to the enrollment application, be prepared to provide all Required Enrollment Documents as requested.

Step 1: Infinite Campus Login and Navigation

Log into your Infinite Campus Parent account.

Enter your Parent Username and Password. Need help logging in? Visit our Infinite Campus Technology Support page or contact your FEL.

Select “More” from the bottom left-hand navigation.

Select “Online Registration”

Select "Start Here". As you go through the process, you will be able to re-register currently enrolled students and register siblings who are not currently enrolled.

Move to Step 2: Begin Registration

Step 2: Begin Registration

Read the information on screen and complete the following:

Review currently enrolled student(s) listed. If the "Reason if not Included" column lists "Not Included in Household" or "No Guardian Rights," complete the Household Correction Survey before proceeding.
Confirm the Registration Year is correct.
Select "Click here to Begin Registration"

Select your preferred language (English or Spanish). Write down or take a screen capture of your personal Application Number listed on screen. You may need to refer to this number in the future. (number will be different than what is displayed on the screen capture below)

Complete the following:

Type in your first and last name to attest that you are the person authenticated into this application or an authorized user of this account, and the data you are entering/verifying is accurate and true to the best of your knowledge.
Sign your name.
Select “Submit”

Read the information shown on screen and then select “Click here to get started”

Step 3: Review Student Information

Primary Phone - Review the Primary Phone number listed. Make any updates as necessary. Select "Next" to continue.

Home Address - Complete the following:

Review your home address. If the information is incorrect, select the box next to "The home address listed is no longer correct" and complete the fields as requested.
Select “Upload Proof of Residence” to upload proof of Georgia residency documentation.

Select “Next” to continue.

Mailing Address - If your Mailing Address is the same as your Home Address, select the box next to “This household has no separate Mailing Address”. If your Mailing Address is different than your Home Address, uncheck the box and enter your Mailing Address. Select “Next” to continue.

Migrant Worker - Please complete the Parent Occupational Survey to determine if your child(ren) qualify to receive supplemental services under Title I, Part C. When complete, select "Next" to continue.

Referral - Let us know how you found out about Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA). Select your choice from the drop-down menu. If not listed, select “other” and indicate how you found out about GCA. Select “Next” to continue.

Expectations - Complete the following:

Select the “please watch this short video” link to review the expectations of schooling at Georgia Cyber Academy.
Select the box to indicate you watched the video.
Select “Save/Continue”.

Step 4: Review Parent/Guardian Information

The following options are available:

Relationships-Emergency Contacts - Verify the Emergency Contact(s) relationship and contact sequence. Make any changes as necessary. Select "Next" to continue.

Relationships-Other Household Members - Verify any other household members who will also serve as Learning Coach. Choose the relationship and Learning Coach from the dropdown.

Add Another Student

1. Select “Add New Student” to add a new student to this enrollment application.

Application ID - Complete the following

Enter your current student's Student ID Number. If you have multiple students enrolled, only enter one student's ID number.

Select the drop down arrow next to “Enrollment Plans” to continue.

Enrollment Plans – Select "School Year 2022-2023" from the drop-down menu. Then Select “Registering” to add a New Student Registration to the Enrollment Application. Select “Next” to continue.

Demographics – Complete the following:

Legal First Name
Legal Middle Name
Legal Last Name
Suffix (optional)
Preferred Name (optional)
Student Cell Number (optional)
Gender
Birth Date
Date Entered U.S. (if not born in the United States)
Foreign Exchange: select “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether or not student is a foreign exchange student
Grade Level for the 2022-2023 school year: select the grade level the student will be entering
Select “Yes” or “No” to indicate your option to add your student’s Social Security Number (SSN). (Note: Failure to provide student's SSN will inhibit Georgia HOPE scholarship eligibility.)
Select “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether your student is interested in college athletics
Select “Yes” to opt your student in to text messages or “No” to opt your student out of text messages.
Select “Upload Proof of Age Document” to provide a copy of your student’s Birth Certificate .

Select “Upload Social Security Card” or "Upload Social Security Waiver" to provide a copy of your student’s Social Security Card or to provide the Social Security Waiver.

Race/Ethnicity – Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the student’s race/ethnicity information. Select “Next” to continue.

6. Language Information-Answer the on-screen questions regarding your child's home language. Select "Next" to continue.

Housing - Review the housing information and select from from the options on-screen to make any changes to your family's housing situation.
Student Services - Follow the on-screen prompts to answer questions to ensure your student receives the appropriate services in a timely manner.
Previous School - Select your student's previous school type, then follow the on-screen prompts to provide requested information.
Relationships-Learning Coach - Provied the Learning Coach information. Select the drop-down menu under "Relationship to Student" to edit or select the "Copy from Student Name" button to copy over the Learning Coach information from your existing student.

Relationships-Parent/Guardian - Verify the Parent/Guardian information. Select the drop-down menu under "Relationship" to edit. Be sure that there is at least one Learning Coach designated. Select "Next" to continue.

Relationships-Emergency Contacts - Verify the Emergency Contact(s) relationship and contact sequence. Make any changes as necessary. Select "Next" to continue.

Relationships-Other Household Members - Verify any other household members who will also serve as Learning Coach. Choose the relationship and Learning Coach from the dropdown.

Verify that all students you plan to enroll for the 2026-2027 school year have been added and are complete. Edit/Review as necessary. When you are finished, select "Save/Continue".

STOP! Read the message on screen to confirm that you have added all students who will be enrolling at Georgia Cyber Academy for the 2026-2027 school year to the Enrollment Application. If not, select "Back" to add another student(s).
STOP! Read the message on screen to confirm that you have uploaded all documents for all students who will be enrolling at Georgia Cyber Academy for the 2026-2027 school year to the Enrollment Application. If not, select "Back" to upload documentation.
Download a PDF summary of the Enrollment Application by selecting the "Application Summary PDF" link at the bottom of the screen.
Share the Good News about your student's Enrollment on Facebook.
Select the red "Submit" button to complete the Enrollment Application.

Your submission will be reviewed by the Enrollment & Records Department. Should they require more information or clarification on information received, they will be in contact by email or phone.

Re-Registration 2026-2027 Guide

ALL RE-REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4:00PM, MAY 15, 2026

Step 1 - Infinite Campus Portal

Re-registration is only completed in the Parent Infinite Campus Account. Sign into your parent legal guardian account. If you have not activated your Parent Infinite Campus Account, your Family Engagement Liaison has the steps to get your account activated. We strongly suggest that you create an account at least two weeks before the re-registration deadline to ensure an account has been made, the app has been completed, submitted and approved.

Step 2 - Infinite Campus Portal

In the Parent Infinite Campus you will find Online Registration by clicking the “More” tab on the menu bar.

Under “More” you will then click on Online Registration

After, you will click on “Existing Student Registration” for the next academic Year.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not click on “New Registration”

The next page will share all students listed under the legal guardian(s). If your students are not listed here, reach out to your Family Engagement Liaison.

NOTE: GCA defines legal guardians by biological or adoptive means. Only legal guardians are eligible to re-register students only. Blended families may have 2 re-registration applications because of the GCA Policy.

Next you will click BEGIN REGISTRATION

Step 7 - Online Registration Application

The GCA Re-registration application has 6 sections to verify and confirm information in our system. You will continue through the application by clicking the “Next” and “Save/Continue” buttons

Step 8 - Online Registration Application

Every year, every family must provide a recent proof of residence dated within 60 days of submitting the re-registration application. NOTE: Families who just enrolled for 2nd semester must also complete a re-registration application.

Step 9 - Online Registration Application

Section 5 of the application is where you will verify your current student information and also add any sibling you wish to enroll for next school year.

Step 10 - Online Registration Application

Under every student on the re-registration, legal guardians must verify and / or change order of priority if family dynamics have changed within the year.

Step 11 - Online Registration Application

Section 6 Sign the application and submit the application in section 6 of the application. If the application is not submitted, GCA cannot process your application.

Step 12 - Online Registration Application

Your student is fully registered when the application has been approved with an assigned start date. The approval email also has the next steps after the re-registration process is completed.

Step 13 - Re-registration Denial

RE-REG DENIED FOR POR

If you receive a Denied for POR, this means the proof of residence in the application was not acceptable or that a proof of residence was not uploaded to the application.

DENIED NON COMPLIANT

If you receive a Denied Non Compliant, this means one or more documents for your family are not on file for the current school year. We must have this document(s) in order for families to re-register. Submit all outstanding documents to records@georgiacyber.org

2. I understand I must be an in household legal guardian of my students to re-register them.

3. If I received a "Missing Document" email, I have provided records@georgiacyber.org my student(s) missing enrollment document(s).

4. In my Parent Portal, my students are included in the household as listed before starting my application.

5. In my application, I have verified my address and uploaded a valid proof of residence in the application.

6. I have updated my application with my new address if I moved.**

7. If I want to enroll a sibling for next school year, I have added them to my re-registration application along with their required enrollment docs.

8. I have reviewed and confirmed my student's priority listing and understand I must be #1 priority as a registering legal guardian.

9. I have submitted my application by clicking the red submit button as the endo of my application.

10. **If my application was denied to resubmit documents, I have re-uploaded the documents to the application and submitted it again. (Unsubmitted applications cannot be processed.)

11.Received Enrollment Approval Letter with start date.

12. If I don't know my students re-registration status, I have contacted my FEL to help me.

Want to Enroll a Sibling?

You will have the opportunity to add sibling as a new student(s) while re-registering current students.

Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent account
Select "More" (on the left)
Select "Online Registration" (on the bottom left)
Select the "Start Here" button and follow the instructions and on-screen prompts to complete the application for re-registration or notice if not registering for each student.

*Only legal guardians or students over 18 years of age are eligible to complete student enrollment applications.

We hope to continue serving your student and family for the 2026-2027 academic school year and we look forward to seeing your enrollment selection. Thank you for allowing us to be your partner in education.

There are a limited number of pre-determined student ‘seats’ available for the 2026-2027 academic school year and there is the possibility that many new applicants will be placed on a wait-list. If your family has decided that your child(ren) will enroll into another educational environment, please let us know so that we may offer placement to a waiting student.

As a school of choice, Georgia Cyber Academy fully supports our parents in their enrollment decisions. Please be aware that once a student is withdrawn there is no guarantee that they will be able to attend in the future as seats may be limited.
