Steps to Enroll:1️⃣ Complete the Pre-Application Form
2️⃣Receive an Emailed Invitation to Complete the Online Application
Your invitation should be emailed within 24 hours.
3️⃣Submit the Online Enrollment Application
Complete and submit the Online Enrollment Application to secure your student's seat.
The following students are eligible to enroll at any time during the school year:
- students who are experiencing homelessness
- migrant students
- students who are currently in foster care
- students of GCA staff, faculty, or board members
(All students that are eligible may require further review for approval for enrollment)
If your student meets any of the above criteria, please call 470.400.7887 between 9am and 4pm on regular school days.

Prepare for the Online Enrollment Application by Gathering Required Documents:
Prior to receiving the Online Enrollment Application link, you should prepare to provide relevant parent/legal guardian and student information including:
- Birth Certificate/Proof of Age
- Social Security Card
- Proof of Residency
- Immunization Record (Georgia Form 3231)
- Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (Georgia Form 3300)
- Certificate of Scoliosis Screening (Georgia Form 4400) - Grades 6 and 8 ONLY
- Report Card or High School Transcript
- Legal Guardian Photo Identification
All required documents must be submitted for our Enrollment & Records Department to successfully process your application. It is best to have all documents available in a digital format (photo, screenshot, or scan) so you can upload easily upon request.

Students access lessons and live classes online. Parents and students are partnered with certified teachers who instruct and guide student progress and achievement. In the online classroom, students participate in real-time, direct instruction from their teachers. During the school day, parents provide support and guidance to their student. Georgia Cyber Academy is a 100% tuition-free, online, accredited, Georgia public charter school for students in grades K-12.

*During the Open Enrollment or Mid-Year Enrollment period, Lottery registrations will be accepted; however, you may be placed on a waitlist. Seat offers are determined based on available seats which varies by grade level.

Enrollment Policies and Procedures
Enrollment is open to any student who resides in the state of Georgia. Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA) does not charge tuition.
